QIAquant instruments are versatile systems designed for performance. They combine high quality thermal elements for fast heating and cooling rates and a fast multi-channel sensing system for faster cycle times. The open system is compatible with plastic items in standard, low profile and normal SBS formats, and all baseboard types.
QIAquant qPCR instruments meet the fundamental expectations of combining high-performance optical detection of qPCR products with a high-performance thermal block. The result is a versatile system for quantitative PCR applications such as expression analysis, genotyping and pathogen detection. The combination of high quality thermal elements, fast heating and cooling ramp speeds and the fiber optic shuttle system allows for faster cycle times down to less than 30 minutes for 40 cycles.
